I got to be on the set of a Vibe photoshoot for Mariah. She played two of the tracks she's been working on. I heart them both. Usually, I'm not a fan of the production on Mimi's albums. I never ever liked It's Like That. But, the songs I heard are hitting on all cylinders. If you can get to the Macy's appearance you'll get to hear the new stuff too.

I just registered cause the info you gave about the Vibe Magazine apparently is/was true cause few days after it was posted on MD.
"VIBE will feature a brand-new interview with Mariah, entitled "90 Minutes With Mariah Carey" in its November 2007 issue."

so between soooo many lies/rumors, yours actually turned out to be true (just a guess or you really did have the info) so...my question is do you have extra info that you may know, besides Vibe thing and do we really get to hear for the first time some new tracks at Macy's?
