In just 1 hour at 6pm EASTERN!!!!

E STREET RADIO: 24/7 BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN
In celebration of Bruce Springsteen’s new album release and concert tour, SIRIUS brings you E Street Radio, an exclusive commercial-free channel dedicated to the music of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.

E Street Radio kicks off on September 27 with a recording of a concert by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band from the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, NJ from September 19, 1978. Largely regarded as one of Bruce's greatest live fan based recordings, this New Jersey concert on the Darkness On The Edge Of Town tour exemplifies all the elements of a live E Street Band show - raw, edgy, powerful, expressive, and memorable.

E Street Radio will feature involvement from Springsteen fans nationwide who will be asked to submit their favorite live concert recordings. Those whose submissions are selected will get the chance to guest host and share their memories of the show on E Street Radio. Springsteen fans, both celebrity and otherwise, will also guest DJ on the channel to play their favorite Springsteen music.

Just bought a new Volkswagen for my wife and it has a three-month trial subscription to Sirius. I'm envisioning frequent trips just to listen to E Street Radio!

Don't waste gas money driving around when you can save for the tour.

A true fan would sleep in the car - I think E street Radio is only on in the evenings

Wait a minute! How can they play a BOOTLEG on the radio (satellite or otherwise)? Don't they play by earthly laws?

did they get Bruce's permission? i assume so, cause i'm not aware of any other way they could legally play a boot, satellite or not.

also, listen to the scratchy guitar/funky intro to 10th ave and then listen to the tempo and energy. totally different than the reunion tour 23 minute version, no?

Only necessary trips of course. Gas is expensive in NC!

No need to sleep in the car. I come inside and listen to Bruce tunes on my iPod!
