I'm driving home late night and like at 2 in the morning i hear a promo for the new Mike Tirico Show on ESPN and Radio Nowhere was the background song. They didn't use of the Bruce vocal parts but you could hear some wailing guitar. Actually, i kind of dug it.

Our local right-wing talk radio station has been using "Radio Nowhere" as bumper music ever since the song was released. I think lots of radio producers like the irony in playing the song.

Are you sure it wasn't Jenny, Jenny, 867-5309? Ha.

It was played at the Ravens-Jets game in the 4th quarter 2 weeks ago.

Several of the new tunes as well as some oldies are available as ringtones from Verizon. I downloaded the opening to 10th Avenue Freezeout. Need to download Tru-Tone Deluxe to your phone (for free) ringtones are about $3 each.

The ringtones are the actual song - not a melodic ring and are the first Bruce ringtones I have ever heard of.

today I was in Louisville where my son was running in the Greater Louisville Classic 5K....they were playing some tunes....they didn't have a good sound setup because it was an enormous park and it was just hard to get the sound out over that many acres....but, I kept hearing what I thought was Radio Nowhere. I thought, nah, it's that 867-5309 song...but then it got to the parts where the guitars play and play, and I told myself that that was definitely a Jersey shore sound, so I started walking towards the music source. Sure enough, it was Radio Nowhere. Don't know where they got it but it was cool to hear. They also played a couple of other Bruce songs in the time we were there. Mark, are they friends of yours? :)
