I totally knew you'd be the first to reply! :p

Not much! Working my ass off thinking of ways to off my boss. We've decided to play it safe and put some exlax in her Starbucks the next time one of us goes to get it. That should be fun.

How's the life of Glitter? Anyone ever here anything from that douche B-Willay?

SparkleHugs
Oct 5th, 2007, 12:12 AM
you knew that because you know Im a big LD loser. lol

Exlax? So amature.

Life in the life of me (or were you refering to Mariah Carey's movie?) is about as boring as the board. I go to work, i sit there, play online, maybe work a little watch some tv and go home. I keep looking at jobs online, but I dont feel confident in my resume enough to actutally send it anywhere, lame, I know.

We havent heard anything from the Willay in like 3 years. I message him on myspace, he deletes it. I leave comments, non are replied to. Kat and I Have talked about sending something to his address. I wonder if his # still is the same. I say you give him a call. Kat and I are too chicken.

How is the old marriage goin?

Hi Maf. Long time no see.

I can run your boss over with my wheelchair if you like. It's very painful, I know from personal experience.

MafHoney
Oct 5th, 2007, 08:50 AM
Ooh, Lanie, that would be PERFECT!

Exlax might be amatuer, but it'll get the job done and not get us in trouble. That's what the crack whore gets for lying to us and trying to break us apart.

And you get to watch tv at work?! I hate you :(.

I haven't had Willys number in forever. What a douche.

HI!!!! I kept meaning to congratulate you on Myspace, but then everytime I sign on I'm just like "Why the hell did I get on here again??" and then just log off, lol.

When's the wedding? I went to the most boring wedding EVER today. Boring and redneck. It was awesome......... No really! I wish our wedding was that boring!..

Although one of Chuck's family members was begging us to come up to Dayton for a week and visit because there's SO much to do up there.. haha!

Maf, as someone who spent four years in Dayton, I can safely say...no there's not.

Although I hung out with a crowd whose idea of fun was dinner and a movie so I could be wrong.

It was an Orthodox jewish wedding. My friend saw her father all of 15 minutes during the whole thing.

but they broke a glass! and the couple had their first kiss at the altar. odd.

I am glad I did not go. But people did, surprisingly

PrincessTimberlake
Oct 9th, 2007, 07:14 PM
Is your friend super religious? The seperating the men and women at the reception is only typical of the extremely religious and is actually pretty rare.

Also, most Jewish weddings take place on Saturday after sundown or on Sundays.

I'm kind of sad I'll never have another wedding :(. It was easily the best day/night of my life.

pinky
Oct 9th, 2007, 07:36 PM
Emphasis on the night part of it, Em? :o

I don't know if I could do the whole "having the first kiss at the altar thing." I've gotta give credit to people who wait though, I'm sure it's not easy.

PrincessTimberlake
Oct 9th, 2007, 08:33 PM
Haha Pinky!
No I got married in the evening so the reception went well into the night, silly! ;)

Actually the whole day was so much fun getting ready (minus that I felt like I was going to throw up most of the day because I was so nervous for the actual ceremony) and of course, the reception was a blast! I'd never had so much fun.

Then after the wedding, my very buzzed husband (we had both been drinking all night! Crazy when you're the bride and groom, people just bring you drinks all night) picked me up to carry me across the threshold and then dropped me on the other side after he saw how cool the room was (remember, he was buzzed). Seriously dropped me. That really set the mood for a magical night....

Are you kidding? Unless I'm paid lots of money I won't be going to Ohio anytime soon. We're going to Ireland next week and his whole family was like "Um.. why would you go there? Why wouldn't you just go to Tennessee or somethin'?" Yeah. They're all really well cultured and traveled....

And I don't even have AIM!

And holy crap you have like a whole year!! Full of stress! YAY!!! lol

Hollis you just proved youre nuts. lol

Em, what did you do when you landed on the floor? did you call him an ass, I would have. lol Serious ass kissing was in order! oh and my friends family are orthodox jews, they have 2 refridgerators...lol WAY super jewish. old school style. lol

I guess I admire people who wait's patience, but I dont really think it's a good idea. are you going to buy a house without giving it a nice walk through and turning on the faucets? I am not quick to sign away my life, I need to read all the fine print, and know someone as much as humanly possible before I make that step. I probably wont marry someome until I have lived with them.

Lanie, isn't Ohio and the rest of the midwest going through a heat wave? From what I understand they even set a record high recently.
I want to go to Ireland. Hell, I want to go back to Paris.

We were going through a heatwave. It was 90 yesterday and 75 today. Tomorrow it's only supposed to be 55...with a windchill! Gah!

As for the whole marriage thing...I also will not marry until I have lived with my fiancee for awhile. Just so we can get used to each other's habits and stuff. I'd rather have a trial period than go in cold turkey right after the wedding. One of the churches here will flat out refuse to marry you if you lived with your fiancee before marriage. I think that's absurd but that's just me.

SparkleHugs
Oct 9th, 2007, 10:36 PM
55 isnt so bad! sweaters and jackets are fun!

I agree with you on the marriage thing. To each his own, but I need to really know what im getting into. I dont take till death do us part lightly, so I want to be as certain as possible.

why is billy ray cyrus performing with his kid on dancing with the stars? No one wants to see that crap. they should have had Seal do a third performance. lol

Amanda--He sort of fell too. Well tripped over me, so we just sort of laughed. I was on such a wedding high, I don't think anything could have bothered me.

As for living together before marriage, I highly recommend it. We lived together for close to a year and I think it was the best thing we did to prepare for the wedding. However, I understand people who do not believe in it. Some of my best friends got married a few weeks ago and did not live together before marriage (they're pretty religious). I don't think I could have done it that way though.

Katlin
Oct 10th, 2007, 08:56 PM
If I were gonna get married, I have no desire to live with them before. (Or after for that matter  )

I can see why people would want to get to know them like that, but I wouldn't want to.

Besides, it's statistically proven you're more likely to break up if you DO live together first.

HipHopChristian
Oct 10th, 2007, 09:16 PM
heh guess I blew that all to hell at Hussy's eh????

Technically that wasn't our FIRST kiss... but um, yes. I guess whatever you did that night was considered a kiss :p

Yeah, I don't look down upon living together at all, but it's not for me. My religion def plays a part in it, but it only tops it off... it's not the whole reason or anything. The only reason I would like it is because I would see that person more often.

I'll be honest and say that it took me a couple months to get them out, and I'm sure I left a few out by accident. BUT I had over 200 to do and my husband was of no help. LOL.

I think they say to get them out within three months though per proper wedding etiquette.

It is SO rude. I mean i bought the bitch some nice knives.

I am going to be nice and make her/him feel badly by asking if she is mad at me, like i care, because she didnt say bye to me at the wedding or send me a thank you card. I thought she liked me, maybe i was wrong. lol he'll feel bad. as he should because shes a stupid bitch and if it werent really mean to bet on your friends weddings, I would. lol

I get to go see airplanes today!!

Em, I think that the larger the wedding, the longer the thank you card window is. the wedding at the trailer park rec center that consisted of maybe 50 people does not need 3 months. lol
