Pit looked dead last night!

Quite a few shots of the pit on Lonesome Day and many towards the front seemed to be a little passive for my liking:mad: Come on Jerseyites....this is your boy!

I thought the pit looked more packed in than at other shows. The TV sound however, was much improved over Hartford. Was the mix better at the show?

Was on the rail in front of Patti last night. I had only seen the first rehearsal in Asbury Park, so of course the sound was a million times better than that. But even in the pit (where the mix can be tricky because of so much volume coming directly off the stage) -- Bruce's mic was clear and loud -- I thought the mix was punchy - but some elements were sometimes lost (like Roy's piano, at times).

Overall, the pit didn't feel more packed than usual, and although I can't speak for the rest of us...me and my group were screaming (and singing) our lungs out, and generally going crazy. ;) I can barely talk today. A great night!
