I'm pretty sure there was something in that document Pnutz posted the other day about "rights" or something like that. Could be that he was still under contract with Lou when he recorded some of his stuff, and he can't do a damn thing with it until he finds out who gets the rights to it.

Either that, or he's too busy with whatever else he's doing. Like looking for new management and a new label. But maybe that's too novel of a concept, lol.
