I like Cold As Fire better. Who agrees?

I can't deny it... the demo was so upbeat and exciting. Either you hated it or loved it. I loved it.

But on the demo, there were some notes in the breakdown part( not the "bbbbbbbbreak it doooooooown" part.. but the actual break down.lol) that made me cringe... seriously, I'd press mute just so it didn't ruin the rest of the song.:noway:

The album version is more... raw. The vocals and instrumental sound clearer and she undeniably sings the song a lot stronger. Her deep tone shines through and she sounds more like she's on a mission than just having a colorful party.

The album version turned "Hot as Ice" into a preachy self-pride anthem, and I don't have a mute any part of it.lol

The demo was more fun and playful. I wish they had put State Of Grace on the CD. So 80s.

Yea. It was. I wish they didn't silence out the "fuu" in f~u~ckery.

I like both but the new version is better... She doesn't sound so... out of tune... The autotuner was put to use in the new one! :laugh:

Demo was fun, but the album version is better.

I think maybe the reason they changed it is because the album version is easier for her to sing. They lowered the key.

Are they really that different? Only one I have heard is the album version.

I just listened to "Cold as Fire" again and it OWNS "Hot as Ice" lol
OMFG That demo is so ****ing good!!!! They should've just finsished mastering the demo instead of having her record new vocals! Her vocals in that song is what makes it good! So sad......

I don't even care about muting the vocals... I just want a mastered version of the demo.. the song is amazing and probably her best ever... *sigh* :(

There was a post somewhere about the beginning sounding like christina but i cant find it....anyways....i didnt listen to that when it was posted but it sounds exactly like her....just that one small part though. Everytime i hear it i think its her.
