Definitely a hot song, could have added a third verse though to make it even better. Good first single.

Piece Of Me: 7
It's a decent song, but nowhere near as catchy as I thought it would be- they should have increased the speed if the song just a little bit more. Fierce song though.

Radar: 9
Nice song. It's one of the best songs on the album, and could possibly be a single, but who knows. It's not the best song by far, but it's catchy.

Break The Ice: 10
Brilliant song. Should be a major hit on the charts and in the clubs. This song is her Toxic-smash and it would be very wise to go with this for the second single.

Get Naked: 9
I wouldn't mind this being a single at all. I've grown accustomed to Danja's voice, and the song is amazing, except like 'Gimme More', it drags on. But her voice in the verses and the way she sings the words is very sexy.

Freakshow: 7
It's a good song. Something I'd listen to a good amount, but not something I'd keep on repeat. I think it's a bit better than anything that could be called 'filler' though.

Toy Soldier: 10
Should also be a single. One of the better songs on the album, and kind of reminds me of a mix between 'Fergalicious' and 'Wind It Up', with a little touch of Missy's 'Gossip Folks'. Amazing song.

Hot As Ice: 6
Not into this song as much as I thought I would be. I've probably only listened to this song less than five times so far. It got played out very quick, just like 'Brave New Girl' from the last album did. Not terrible, but just not good enough.

Ooh Ooh Baby: 8
Love the 'So Happy Together' vibe of the song. She sings the verses in the same "flow" or "vibe" as the verses are sung in the former song. It's a catchy and cute song.

Perfect Lover: 10
Reminds me of a song that would be on a "FutureSex/LoveSounds" Part 2 of sorts. It's a great song and something I could see being released in the future. I could even swear this is something Justin Timberlake could have secretly written, even though it isn't.

Why Should I Be Sad: 9
Song is very 'Ciara', and I get that vibe from it. It's something that I could see being released to Rhythmic and getting some airplay- it's just a layed back semi-R&B track and I like it a lot.

Mystical (State Of Grace): 10
'Everytime' of this album. Why wasn't this included? Did Jive not want any slower songs on the album or something? This isn't even slower than 'Why Should I Be Sad'. It's a brilliant track, and I'm sure a finalized version exists and hopefully it sees the light of day.

Everybody: 8
I'm a big fan of 'Sweet Dreams', so this song makes me smile. It's not the best song she's ever done, obviously, but it's something I love listening to. I love the talking rap in the end, although it would be much better without the foghorns in the beginning and end of the song.

Kiss You All Over: 9
Would love to hear the final version of this song. It's very 'JANET', and I like that about the song. The breathy vocals in then chorus sound like something lifted straight from a Janet song.

Let Go: 9
A great ballad. I think this is one of her best ballads she has ever done- it has more meaning to it than just "I miss you" or something about sex. It's a nice song. Should have at least been on a bonus disc or something.

Get Back: 10
The final version is great! Should have been on the album, but it being a bonus track is good enough. I love the final version a lot more. I can see why this was considered as being the first single before it was changed to 'Gimme More.


I'd rank the album in it's entirety around a 4.5/5.

I love the opening line..."It's Britney, b*tch!". I love the song, I just wish it had a bridge and wasn't so repetitive.

One of my favorite songs. I love the effects on her voice and I like the lyrics.

I think what I love most about this song is the beat and the way the lyrics flow.

Break The Ice - 10/10
My favorite song. I've liked this song since I first heard the demo. The beat is awesome and the song makes me wanna get up and dance.

Heaven On Earth - 7/10
The song is okay but I don't really like the "80-ish" feel to it. It's a good song though.

Get Naked - 6/10
If the song wasn't so freaking repetitive, it would be an amazing song.

I really like this song. I don't think the verses are ground-breaking, but I loooove the chorus!

Toy Soldier - 10/10
I think this song has the hottest beat out of all the songs. The effects on her voice are fun, I like the lyrics, and it makes me wanna dance.

Like "Break The Ice", I've liked this song since I heard the demo. It's a playful song and it's silly; in a good way. I like the album version better than the demo.

Ooh Ooh Baby - 9/10
I absolutely adore the "So Happy Together" flow of the song and lyrics. I love the chorus.

Perfect Lover - 7/10
I like the verses, but I'm not too fond of the bridge/chorus.

Why Should I Be Sad- 5/10
My least favorite song. The lyrics are horrendous and the beat isn't good IMO.

SUCH a good song, this really should be a single at some point. Cathy pop, but it does have the potential to get annoying...

This is my favorite track on the album and my new MySpace song! (lol) It's so upbeat and club-worthy, which is exactly the type of music I like to hear from Britney.

Heaven On Earth - 7/10
Nice song but I think it's generally overrated. Pretty but once again missing something for me.

Get Naked - 8/10
I want to hate this song but it's been growing on me. I think I would love it if it didn't have the creepy male voice screeching throughout, but it's manic and unabashedly insane and I just love it.

Freakshow - 7/10
Good song, it'll probably grow on me as I listen to it more.

Toy Soldier - 8/10
Solid song, I haven't listened to it a lot yet, but it's a very cool and new sound for her. I love the drummer boy beats.

Hot As Ice - 7/10
Cheesy as hell but so catchy. I love some of the lyrics too, it's very quotable.

Ooh Ooh Baby - 9/10
My second favorite after BTI, it's melodic and upbeat and just a great pop song overall.

Perfect Lover - 7/10
Too generic to me, it's similar in beat and tone to several other songs, but it's just not as good to me.

Why Should I Be Sad - 6.5/10
Not bad, but out of the mid-tempos/ballads that leaked, this was not the strongest. State of Grace or Let Go were better songs.

Good song, although I also think it's overrated among fans. It's solid but once again missing something.

Catchy, good sample, fun. I love the bridge where she whispers "Come and sit with me" for some reason.

Kiss You All Over - 6/10
Maybe it was the quality of thre leak, but I just didn't care too much for this. It's ok, but probably the weakest of the bunch.

Let Go - 10/10
I can't say enough how much I love this song. It's the best ballad she's ever done in my opinion. It's so suprising and feels so genuine and real. If it were up to me, this would be the closing song on Blackout.

Get Back - 10/10
Soooo good, this was one of the best songs that leaked and it would have fit on the album so well. I don't know why it wasn't included, it would be an excellent club track. I'm creating my own bonus cd eventually, and this is the opening track.

Most of the songs on this album are so odd, but in a good way. Its hard to explain it.

Overall, not a bad album, I actually like it much better than her last album. Its odd that her personal life is a nightmare, but this album musically is brilliant.
