I've been listening to a good independent online radio station named Radio Free Colorado http://www.radiofreecolorado.net. They play good Classic and Modern Rock music from artists like The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, etc. mixed with newer songs from R.E.M., U2, Matchbox 20, etc. Radio Free Colorado is streamed at 128 kbps MP3 and WMA so the sound quality is very good. :)
