I didn't know Britney's CD came out today

ROTFL. It was really funny because I scanned the CD through twice and never thought it was Britney because I hadn't seen the cover and hadn't laid eyes upon her lately.

But things I noticed:

It sold moderately, not like a new release usually does though. Typically how a CD sells in it's second week and I work in the bussiest Best Buy in the New York City area.

I however noticed, that only about two females bought the album. The rest were all guys. :manson: The gays were surely repping their diva today.

The album cover is kinda bad. (OK hiddeous)...

It didn't feel like a Britney release for some reason. I expected more hype.

That's it. I read several reviews today and heard a few on the radio and the album seems to be really well recieved... They are all pejorative when it comes to Britney herself, slandering her and the likes, but the music reviews are positive. I won't be purchasing it though, I don't like Gimme More.

Omg I know...like i said in another post...

I went to walmart today and went to see if the CD was selling well or not, and lets just say there were so many left that it was falling out of her designated britney spears rack onto the floor lol....if i had to make a guess ...i would say only 5-10 look like they had been sold...if that.

It was sad...but i refuse to buy her cd in the first week to boost first week sales...maybe next week. or when she decides to actually make good music videos like she used to (crazy, slave, baby one more time...)

I bought 1 but i didnt stay to see how it sold. Im female and straight btw lol. And I hate the cover :(
