Britney Spears spoke out about the recent controversy over her parenting skills and her negative public image on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Wednesday morning.
"I try to not let it get to me," she said.
http://worldofbritney.com/wob//data/upimages/3249.jpgAs for the drama over her ongoing custody battle with ex Kevin Federline for sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, she said, "People say what they want and do what they do. It's sad how cruel our world can be."
When asked about recent fling Tony Romo (Seacrest said he saw her give him a lap dance October 26), she replied, "Who?"
Spears also said she thought her new album, Blackout was "cool" and her favorite song was "Heaven and Earth ... It is a really cool track."
She had a low-key celebration for the album release Tuesday. "We watched movies," she said.
Whose idea was it for her to say "It's Britney, Bitch" in the intro to "Gimme More?"
"The producer told me to say that," Spears said.
At first, her cousin Alli Sims phoned in from Spears' Beverly Hills home and said she was trying to wake the singer up. (Spears had overslept. Her producer pal Sam Lutfi was also overheard in the background.)
