Aaron Carter wins lawsuit

Last Update: 3:00 pm

Teen pop star Aaron Carter has finally won his lawsuit against boy band svengali Lou Pearlman.

Carter filed the lawsuit against Pearlman and his label TransContinental Records in October 2006, asking to be released from a contract he signed as a minor.

On Thursday, a Florida judge ruled in favour of Carter, ordering that his management and recording agreements are no longer in effect, reports website TMZ.com.

Carter also asked for an accounting of royalties but the judge has not yet ruled.

Pearlman is currently awaiting trial on bank fraud charges in a Florida jail.

I thought we knew he won this one lol.

I wanna know if he wins his royalties(previous and future) -- he deserves that much. Well that and the rights to whatever of his music that Lou owns.

LMAO like.. Yeah-- I Dunno what kindda "NEWS" whoever posted this reads but.. I'd suggest maybe updating to THIS MONTH's? - Like Ruling on his "'FREEDOM"" was Back on OCTOBER 4th .. and was posted here and.. discussed here..

But. Yes, The So-called "FINAL" <,(which actually it isn't the Final) had a additional hearing to try and get a ruling on the ownership / copyrights and other stuff . but.. the Judge and ALJ wouldn't rule yet as to granting the rights and stuff back to Aaron or his rep's. But Yes the release ..or... the actual "FREEDOM" was back on the 4th of October

PLUS.. Don't Forget there are 2 diff issues here-- One is "Freedom from Lou as a indivual being his "Manager" and the other being Lou as Trans-Con being his "Label" and "Agent" (or 'Agency')

Told Y'all awhile ago that it isn't as easy as it seem's cus lotta legal mumbo jumbo and dealing with 'Suit's" and stuff.

That make any sense? or did I screw y'all up? <Didn't mean too -lol
