Pat Robertson endorsed Giuliani today.

And Rudy looked happy about it.

Chad, you do realize that 2012 is also a presidential election year?

Maybe Jeb will run and win, and the world really WILL end! :p

Rudy made a habit of dressing in women's clothing for high-profile events. Besides SNL, he also did it numerous times for the annual press dinner/extravaganza.

Just goes to show you Robertson is a fake. The man who lashes out an anything remotely pro-choice has sided with Rudy? Anything for a win.

I don't know how bad Jeb will be. Reports have always been he's more like his father, and he wasn't all that bad until the economy gave out under him.

Jeb would be better than the Idiot, but remember, he was the one who worked so hard to interfere in the Terry Schiavo case.

I'm sure DES can tell us a lot of bad things he's done.

Nah, kidding. He really doesn't. lol

I don't know. I sure didn't like his interference with the Terry Shiavo case. Other than that, nothing really jumps out. He's an intelligent man and did not get into the middle of issues unadvisedly. He's not a knee-jerk kind of guy. I may not agree with his social or fiscal politics, but he's nothing like his brother. He has a warm, appealing personality and he speaks very well. But, make no mistake, he's a neo-con at heart.

Interestingly, though, seems he's disappeared from the political scene since leaving office. Not a peep. It makes me wonder what he's planning, or not planning.

Maybe he's smart enough to realize that the Idiot has sullied the family name enough that he now has little or no chance of success?

I don't know. Like I said, he's a smart guy. I can tell you that nobody in Florida faulted him for anything his brother did or did not do. I think when Jeb recused himself immediately when the Bush/Gore election debacle was happening in Florida people saw that as the smartest thing Jeb could have done. It's almost as if people here see Jeb as not belonging to that family. But, that's just Florida.

I didn't like the idea of private school vouchers, and faith-based prison systems, but Jeb's leadership kept this state going when hurricane after hurricane ripped through here, especially in 2004. What a difference between how quickly and efficiently we got help and the absolute disaster from Katrina under his brother's purview.
