An X17 source told us just moments ago that the judge did NOT order Britney not to drive with the kids today but that he requested that she not.
And here's why ... it's not based on Britney's driving record, but because of the chaos caused by all the paps around Brit. With photogs sticking their feet under the wheel of her car, it's tough for the girl to drive!
X17 was the first to report that the judge asked Britney not to drive with her kids in the car, immediately after a today's 90-minute hearing. K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan declined to comment on the court's request, but Brit's lawyer Anne Kiley told reporters that everything "was great."

So let me get this straight, everyone is reporting that she was denied the right to drive with her kids but in reality they just asked her not to do it because chaos ensues?

What a relief, she was only requested not to put her kids in danger! Any sane person would refuse to put children in a situation like that, but not Britney, she just has to get those kids in a car and drive around for no reason at all.
