First let me state that i am not a parent so I dont now how she or other parents will feel about this. But if I was her I would just leave the state and/or the country. Just say screw this custody case and let them do whatever they want; if I was her I would say take my parental rights if you want but I refuse to live like this. The girl cant wipe her butt without someone criticising her and a stupid emergency hearing being called. No one can live like this let alone 2 innocent kids being caught in the middle of this. If everyone thinks she is such a bad parent and they are better off with Kevin I would just let him have them and stop this fiasco.

Yeah, she serioulsy needs to call it Quits for a year or 2 and just leave here and then come back when she is happier and in better mental and physical shape. She needs to give people time to forget her and forget how crazzy she has been lately.

Give up custody of those kids
go to rehab
take driver's ed again
hire a stylist
get singing lessons

I don't want to criticize her parenting skills, but she does need some type of mental help. She should see someone. And one must remember that for nearly two years she was basically a single parent. Kevin was partying and wasting her money left and right while she stayed at home with Sean Preston and with Jayden in her tummy. People have to be a little bit more sensitive to her situacions. However, she needs to realize that she has two children who are being tossed around like if they were a hot potato. She needs to get her act together for their sake.

I think I am sensitive to her situation, I am not one of those people who tries to criticize her for things that arent her fault, like running over photogs feet or leaving her kids in the car with an adult for a few minutes. She can not get help in this situation, these constant emergency hearings plus the cameras constantly trailing her are hindering her ability to help herself. She really needs to leave the limelight and if she needs to leave her kids behind for awhile to get her mind staright then that is what she needs to do. i wish people would try to imagine what it is like to have your every move criticized especially when she doesnt do anything wrong. Yes she does some dumb things but others arent her fault.

I agree, she should leave her children with her mother, and take a loooooooooooooooooong vaction..I know it would most likly be hard thing to do but in the end it will be worth while.. can't she move back to her home town.

I don't think it would be a hard thing for her to leave her children. I don't think she wants them anyway....I think the only reason she is fighting for custody over them is because she knows how bad she will look to the public if she just gave them up and never saw them again.

She can't take her kids with her though if she leaves the state/country. If she moved to another state/country while she's in the middle of a custody battle she'll just be giving everyone the impression that she doesn't give a damn about her kids. That's not a good idea if Britney wants to regain custody of her children. What she can do though is relocate to a more remote, private location in California. Obviously that wouldn't put an end to the paparazzi constantly hounding her, but I would imagine it would certainly diminish the amount of paparazzos she has stalking her.

Stop the drugs (if any)
Hire a driver and bodyguard 24/7
Get a stylist
Put your career on hold
Focus on getting your children
Once you get your children, leave the state forever

POINT BLANK AND SIMPLE!

LEAVE FOR AWHILE....only people who need to know her whereabouts is her family. Get help clean up and come back and get full custody of her children and the pop world. As much as I think she is un talented I know people are routing for her and she could sell big again. I dont want her to but I also am tired of seeing her do stupid things.

I justt hink her meds that she is odviously taking more than she should are ****ing with her and in the long run that can be good.
