I hated the IMAGNYAW video, the only good thing about that video was Britney's fabulous abs. But I think Wayne directed some other pop artist videos that were really good, I think he did BSB's IWITW but Im not really sure. Having a good director will mean nothing if Britney is going to half a** it again.
