I just took a final that looked like it was put together by a drunk professor. I've taken hard exams before, but this one was hard because the questions made NO sense.

For instance, one of the questions asked about people defending themselves in criminal cases. Then every single multiple choice would be about the competency of their attorney.

The point of representing yourself is that you don't HAVE an attorney. :scratch:
