I really feel like a jerk but I genuinely cannot enjoy x-mas songs as much as before. Maybe after 20 years of hearing them over and over and over again that I just can't like them anymore. I guess the only type of x-mas music I can listen to is when bands cover x-mas songs. I love rock music so I guess traditional x-mas carols are just the opposite of what I am into. There have been good covers though and I actually heard the track the band Mink covered from this guy who sits next to me at my fontana internship. Its that little drummer boy(girl)song. I loved the record Mink put out in over the summer so I was pretty psyched to hear a new track. I guess I can listen to this x-mas music but its definitely the exception.
