Billboard.com asked visitors to divulge their favorite album of 2007 and we received a huge response. Over 16,000 votes were cast and Britney Spears came out on top by a huge margin. Thirty-eight percent of voters hailed "Blackout" as the best album of the year. Here are the top ten albums of 2007, according to Billboard.com readers:

Clearly not a critics list with the cast of High School Musical up there, but it's cool that Bruce got picked. Usually these kinds of polls leave older folk out. Congrats to the band.

LOL...after seeing that list, it would had been better for Bruce to had been left off....it's like congratulating someone for witnessing a train wreck

LOL Hank, I was thinking the same thing. Someone at BTX must have posted a thread Vote for Bruce and posted the link to Billboard.

Magic was #3 on WXPN's listener survey. #1 and #2 to be revealed today.

Pretty good considering he is the only constant among fans and critics. Can't say I'm surprised the Backstreet Boys didn't make the Rolling Stones list :laugh:
