Avatar - need help now ASAP

I knowthis is gonna sound like I'm asking alot but , I like an avatar on the harry potter mugglenet fan site but I've tried to post it twice and it won't let me . could someone please go on the site and look in avatars and go to other students and scrool down and it's a pic of ginny and has on the side GW , could someone make me an avatar for that . please , please , preety please , with sugar on top and a cherry ? I really like the pic but I just can't get it . thanks so much for all your help .

I just figured that out today cause I got really ticrd off and searched like crazy and then I came across smoe post that was like 4 months old but someone else asked my same question and someone else came on saying that you need 500+ posts . thanks for the help though , but it's stupid really . you shouldn't have to have 500 or more it should be more like 200 or something . but thanks again .
