Jessica Simpson is desperately trying to revive her career as an actress. She has a good reason, her film "Blonde Ambition" was not received well and was only released in Texas and wound up as the lowest opening in film history. According to several reports, the film debuted to a paltry $384 total on opening night.
So what's next for Jessica? An earlier report claimed that she was set to bare all and go full frontal for the sake of a hit. A source that was cited claimed that Jessica was considering it as it would "put her on the map" and help her career. That seems like a log shot and would likely end her career as an actress, wouldn't it?

On Sunday Jessica got a little boost from a very unlikely source. Classy star Michelle Pfeifer says she is ready for a remake of the hit musical Grease - especially if Jessica Simpson stars in the film. That's what Page Six claims and they have Michelle quoted in the item. If this happens, at least Jessica can keep her clothes on.
“It's a great idea, and I hear they would like to get Jessica Simpson for the role of Sandy. She would be good," Pfeiffer said, adding that she'd want to play Principal McGee. “She is fun and has some great put-down lines."
