For some reason I've always considered Britney to be so stale and boring. "I'm a Slave 4 U" is the only noteworthy song from that album.

What do you think?

I'd have to agree, Britney is not my favorite either. It was her greatest era, but not her best album. Her body was banging and Slave was hot, but I have to sit and think of the other singles.

Oh yeah, Overprotected and Not a girl.

Def. ...Baby, One More Time.
Too sugary 4 my taste, but I get that it was her 1st album, and that was the market she was targettin.

I voted 'Britney'. I'm quite surprised how many votes Blackout has got, it's her best IMO.

Baby one more time. Its the only album where I'm certain that there are lyrics I don't know; because I only listened to a few songs once or twice.lol

I voted for Baby One More Time just because Soda Pop sucks so much.

Baby One More Time is the worst.

In The Zone is the best, definately. That was her at her creative peak. It was sexy, personal and feirce.

Her first is the worst.. I have to say, I became more of a fan when In the Zone came out... It highlighted her career..so much less bubble gummy pop then her previous albums.. with the exception of Slave 4 You.. which WAS a breakthough.. her 4th album, I adore.

It's almost a tie for Baby and Oops. But I voted Baby. I guess there are more cringeworthy songs on that.

I agree. I think In the Zone is the album that gave her some credibility in the music industry. She went beyond what was expected of her and created a whole different type of sound that so many of other artists are still imitating. Blackout, however, took a small step back and comes across as being a more hip-hop and mainstream version of ..Zone.

She brought out the best of R. Kelly, Bloodshy & Avant, and Moby (as producers) with that album.

My rank: WORST to BEST

5.Britney (favourite: NONE)
4.Baby One More Time (favourite: Soda Pop, Born To Make You Happy)
3.Blackout (favourite: Gimme More, Radar)
2.Oops! (Stronger, Don't Go Knockin, Where Are You Now)
1.In The Zone (All of it)

Her creative peak was In The Zone; I remember hearing Toxic for the first time and thinking, "that's Britney!??". Oops! was most definitely her popularity peak, and it had some great pop tunes.
