So I got on the list to go backstage and meet Stevie. What does this get me, can I possibly have a chance to meet bruce or get into the E St lounge?

E Street Lounge is not "backstage" per se. ESL is place usually in the bowels of the arena like Hartford, (DC was a 200 level club) that you wear a sticker to get in. Laminated pass, no that is status. That or an escort by a laminated person, gets you back there.
Haven't been back since Terry passed on but he usually sat outside BS & PS's dressing room and no one really got close unless you were an A lister. The rest of the band when they weren't preparing mingled somewhat backstage. I've never asked for pictures or autographs, its like the end zone celebration line "act like you been there before" and in this case like you want to be asked back too.
Enjoy though. You never know who you might run into.

Wonder if Barry Bremen could get back there? Remember the guy who used to dress the part and got on the field at NBA and MLB all-star games, among other events?

The E Street lounge is really nothing.
They send you to a room or a sectioned off area where they have tables with tables with snacks on them(chips, pretzels, trail mix, ect...) and get this, a CASH BAR.
Then, as you are mingling some members of the band will come in for a few minutes. Not all of them, and never Bruce or Patti. You also might happen to catch some other celebrities wondering around back there that are there to see the show.
