CNN on air is reporting that approximately 60% of registered voters in Texas have already voted early in that state's primary election. Moreover, Democrats are out-voting Republicans by "wide margins," according to CNN.
The primary election will give the winners two-thirds of the state's delegates; the remaining delegates will be decided by caucus, which will be held after the polls close.
