The Dow hit the 12,000 mark!

Going backwards that is. :eek:

Actually, the market is up 200+ points right now today... And still below 12K. It was just December when it was over 13.5K, and its 52-week high was over 14K.

Where has our resident Market watcher been to tell us of this?

One of my coworkers pointed this out today: Bush spoke about the economy today, addressing that there actually is a slowdown!

However, in the first five minutes of his comments, it should be noted the market dropped and additional 60 points from the 100 it was already down.

At last check, it was down 240 points today.
