I've been told that back in '99 or so when the band practiced at Fort Monmouth, NJ, Steven got a speeding ticket on the main east/west thorofare, the Avenue of Memories. The speed limit is 30mph, and he got caught going about 60mph. The folks in charge intervened and got the ticket reversed.

It doesn't look like he's getting a parking ticket. It looks like a ticket-ticket.
