I've called him both...I'd like to know an updated answer on what he prefers.

My brother's name is Jonathan and I just maybe in the last 3 yrs or so have started calling him Jon! I picked out his name (way before nk's even) and I hated it when he started calling himself Jon! My mom and I were on the same page with it for a long time but ya know I guess when someone signs their name and tells people their name is Jon and that's what they prefer I guess *grumble grumble* that's what you call them.
