Hello everyone!!

Well, we just got back home only a few hours ago. I wanted to thank you all for the wonderful thread wishing me a great trip to Japan. :) I did get to read all the well wishes, although I didn't have time to reply before I left. Thank you all again.

We had a GREAT time in Japan. VH1 interviewed Rachel and I. I don't know if it'll be included or edited out....you know how that goes. :) But it was great fun. I bought 2 huge containers of umeboshi and ate half of one before even getting it back home! *lol* Plus a ton of Japanese gum and Pocky (thin, chocolate dipped cookie sticks).

It was such fun, but it's so good to be back home.

Just so you all don't think I've forgotten about you, I want to let you know that I've got a pile of work to catch up on which might cause me to be absent a little longer from the boards---just for a couple of days. Just long enough to get some things taken care of. It won't be long. :)

I hope you had a good flight home!!! :) I'm glad you're back... :D By the way, my friend once went to Japan during the summer, and she brought home some Pocky sticks (the really big, thick kind). Here, in the US, they sell the thin, small ones. They are good!!! I've never tried umeboshi though...hehe. Bye!

I'm glad you had a blast over in Japan! Hope your flight wasn't too bad. Hmm, do you have jetlag? I know you travel a lot, so I wouldn't know if you were used to moving from different time zones. Anywayz, I love Pocky too!! We buy that at the oriental store around here, and also, my friend brought some to school and I actually had some today :). Glad to know you have good taste, hehe. Well, I hope you DON'T get edited out of the interview, since we don't see you in the media as much, ya know? After hearing you and Christina talk about Umeboshi, I would like to have a try! I'd love to see a VH1 interview with you guys! We saw a press conference from Japan when Hello Kitty gave Christina flowers. That was so cute!

So is umeboshi anything like the Mexican saladitos? They're also dried plums with salt...anyone ever tried them? They sound similar.

Hi Shelly!! Well.. I am glad that you're back safely. You are just so sweet to come here and talk to us all. I love you for that. I'm glad you had fun in Japan! Did Christina get some more Hello Kitty stuff? :) I'm sure that she did... we know how Christina loves that stuff. I can see her now looking at everything.. "that is so cute..." LOL..like she says for everything.
