Actually...this article is wrong. Mitt Romney is on the top of the list then Rob Portman and Sen. John Thune. Jindal is included on the second tier of candidates for VP.

The article mentions Blowin' in the wind Romney as a top choice, along with Florida governor Charlie Crist as three governors who are being considered.

I don't know who Rob Portman is. What can you tell me about him?
