"That Chick" because it's already on the R&B charts and it has the best selling potential overseas. Her sales are really lacking outside of the states and I think that song would be the best way to bring them back up. It's pretty euro-dance sounding. Or they could just make that an overseas single and go with "Migrate" for the states.

BUT, since winter season is coming, I do think a ballad would be the safer choice.

Songs like Migrate are now doing better overseas than songs like That Chick though. TC would have done great like 4 years ago cos its like Kylie Minogue. But Migrate all the way worldwide now would be the bigger hit.
