Mickie posted in her blog of FanNation that they were friends, and she was greatful to have such an amazing man like him in her life, but alot of the wrestling rumour sites were saying that Vince found out about Mickie and John's backstage relationship, and wanted to bring it onto wwe television because of the strong chemistry they have with each other.

I've heard they do have an on and off relationship and alluding to it on the show was kind of poking fun at them.

I'm not a big Cena fan. He's a cool guy, very nice to his fans and what not and has fantastic speaking skills, but I'm not down with his wrestling style.

Well, recent news on Mickie and John are that they are in fact NOT together. His supposive 'ex fiancee' Liz was seen trying on a wedding dress, and John was seen trying on tuxedos for their upcoming wedding that is suppose to take place sometime in September.

Apparently, he messed up his neck pretty badly and is out "indefinitely" for a possible surgery. Whether or not it's a work I have no idea.

John Cena has a long time gf rumours are true they are getting married. There has been no relationship with mickie james at all. Anyone who is anyone knows the wwe is fake and that if that was a rumour thats all it was for the sake of the business. Nice that he will be out for 2 to 4 months its prolly for his wedding and not because he is hurt so to speak.
