My computer isn't that old, just over a year. I do a lot of my work on it, which includes audio files, but those are pretty small...

And yet, somehow, my C: drive, which has 64 G, is down to only about 200 MB of free space left. I haven't been adding that much stuff, and nothing big in recent days. Has this been a problem wiht Vista?

I've got Vista and it's definitely a memory hog.

Run the Disk Cleanup thing and see how much of that space is just temporary files taking up space. I'm also periodically deleting files to get more space.

Vista was a bad idea.

Personally I think xp is better choice for you.
