Jermaine Dupri yesterday posted a new video on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nl2toRf35u8) of himself at Janet's tour rehearsals.
As seen in the footage, it appears that the stage will include a large ramped catwalk that encircles the floor of the arena. Several stairs are visible leading to the mainstage from the ramp as well as a wide walkway. The footage can be seen between 1:05 and 1:14 of the video.
