hollywood knights-question for people who attended or live in norway

I was wondering how soon in advance does this event get organised? Before it happened, I tried to find info on it and when it would be but didn't get much. Then all of a sudden the days and places and celebrities were all announced. I would have likedto consider going if I knew a while before it happened. Does anyone else feel this or did I just not see it lol?

Also, regarding the vip party that happened, was anyone allowed to go to this for example peopel could just buy a ticket or was there an age restriction?

The event itself is organized months in advance. Aaron was a last minute addition this year...being confirmed just a few days before the event.

To the best of my knowledge, anyone could purchase a ticket to the VIP party.

The HK tour have been planned for a long time, the tickets went on sale like three months ago. They didn't know which celebrities who was coming until the end of july. Aaaron was a last minute addition. Everyone could buy tickets to the VIP party, but you had to be 20 years old.
