can anyone help figure out the guitar chords to this? the tuning sounds strange, like maybe he's using a capo?

i can hear an F chord followed by an F# chord in there, but i can't quite figure out the starting one and i really want to be able to play it!

I don't think it was even a rythem in his head yet when the LABEL put out "Most Requested" < and, actually, I don't think either Ar or Trans-Con Had any input as to what they put out on the "Most Requested" - There is sheet for it somewhere..actually I think that it was posted somewhere on the board B-4 they closed out and re-did Ar's Page.. When I get back Home (next week)I will check and if all's Ok and no-ones feathers get ruffled =- And. if isn't any Copyright or Royalty issues and, if the Mods say OK =- Then I will try and re-post it.
