i dont think she looks off. this is how britney spears has always looked. she isnt gorgeous without make up. but you see when she is all made up, has good hair, she looks awesome. she used to look a mess sometimes before, but she was almost always made up professionally. when she does her own make-up, she looks rough.

im sure a few years of paryting and stress didnt help either.
