Looks like more people will be paying higher taxes. In this video recently released, Obama states families making under 200,000 will get tax breaks (30 seconds into video).....I thought he said it would be those under 250,000. Changing his mind already....so when does he lower it to 150,000....then 100,000 and so on?????? It's only time!!!!!!! Under Obama, there will be NO middle class.

Sorry Connie but if you quote Faux News, that just proves there's no credibility involved whatsoever.

So, try again???????????????????????????????????????

Good luck with that one, Richard. The few times I've posted links to Obama's plans in response to one of the lame accusations, I'm met with deafening silence. People like Connie don't choose to read anything of substance. They'd rather pass on wild conspiracy theories and complete lies.

Plus Obama voted 94 times to raise taxes on those who earn as low as 42,000 per year. His history says it all....it's only time before EVERYONE'S taxes go up.

Do you guys realize even if he doesn't raise the taxes personally, that by doing nothing will raise our taxes as Bush's tax cuts expire. Or do you prefer to ignore everything about Obama, just to get a Democrat in????? Just remember, in the coming years as Obama "changes" America that we tried to warn all of you, and you won't be able to deny it this time.

Factcheck.org:
http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/tax_tally_trickery.html
The McCain campaign and the Republican National Committee both claim that Obama has voted 94 times “for higher taxes.” We find that their count is padded.

* Twenty-three were for measures that would have produced no tax increase at all; they were against proposed tax cuts.

* Seven of the votes were in favor of measures that would have lowered taxes for many, while raising them on a relative few, either corporations or affluent individuals.

* Eleven votes the GOP is counting would have increased taxes on those making more than $1 million a year – in order to fund programs such as Head Start and school nutrition programs, or veterans’ health care.

* The GOP sometimes counted two, three and even four votes on the same measure. We found their tally included a total of 17 votes on seven measures, effectively padding their total by 10.

* The majority of the 94 votes – 53 of them, including some mentioned above – were on budget measures, not tax bills, and would not have resulted in any tax change. Four other votes were non-binding motions related to conference report negotiations.

It's true that most of the votes the GOP counts would either have increased taxes for some, or set budget targets calling for such increases. But by repeating their inflated 94-vote figure, the McCain campaign and the GOP falsely imply that Obama has pushed indiscriminately to raise taxes for nearly everybody. A closer look reveals that he's voted consistently to restore higher tax rates on upper-income taxpayers but not on middle- or low-income workers. That's consistent with what he's said he'd do as president, which is to raise taxes only on those making more than $250,000 a year.

These guys don't care, they, for the most part are to the left of Obama. I'm pretty sure that Db44 has admitted that he is a socialist. They want massive income redistribution. Why else would they even consider voting for a candidate, whose campaign that all but assures them that Americans or our allies will be attacked by terrorists in their administration's first six months as a test for Obama.

Massive income redistribution ... kinda like Palin did in Alaska? Every man, woman, and child got $1,200?

How socialistic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah you are absolutley right :noway: There is absolutely no difference between the State of Alaska collecting royalties on a state controlled resource, oil and distributing it to the citizens(regardless of their income) of the state; or taking Richard Tofoya's property and directly giving it to me.

But don't worry, Alaskans still have to pay Federal income taxes on that rebate.

Didn't they call FDR a socialist too?

And wow look at all the good he did for the country. So much they kept wanting him back in office...

Not socialist: Communist.

Not socialist: Communist.

My bad, though given the context they're calling Obama that, it's this generation's communist almost.

Agreed.

Now I have the Florida rally on, cause both Obama and Clinton are there, and it's been forever since I've heard Bill speak.

Desperate times call for desperate lies... and superfluous punctuation.
