The property consists of a 4 bedroom main house and a separate 3 bedroom guest house, a large office space, and swimming pool. Property records indicate the house was recently sold for $5,950,000 to a corporation that does not appear to be linked to the Jonas Brothers so they may only be leasing the compound.
