The official "Thank You, Shelly!" Thread.....

Hey! I decided to start a thread for shelly, christina's mom, in appreciation for all she does. lets see how many replies we can get for her. Maybe a few of us can bring this thread to her attention at her forum here once we get some more replies, what do you think? how about we start by letting her know the things we most like and appreciate about her? me personally, what i like about her so much and thank her for, is of course not just the time she takes out of her day to connect with christina's fans, but that she does not simply reply with a quick one liner or "ok thanks" to the posts. she really goes off into long replies and speaks from her heart! so this is basically what i'd like to thank her most for! i just thought this would be nice in case she ever feels down or unappreciated this might make her day somehow:) thanks everyone! take care.

Shelly I want to thank you SO much for taking your time and talking to us your fans, and of course Christina's fans :) We love having you here. I feel so good when you come and talk to us and answer our questions and give us advice, and pray for the ones who need prayer, and I love when you ramble on with your posts. :) I really apreciate you being there for us :) We are big Christina fans, and will always be and we love you a lot! I wanna thank Shelly for actually replying to my messages and, on occasion, printing them out for Christina to see. That just means so much to the fans that they can actually connect with the artist (and artist's mother :D) that they admire. I also appreciate your responses to people's questions and rumors. Sometimes, if someone complains about Christina being "rude" or having an "attitude problem" I can't find the words to convince the person that he/she is wrong. So, I just quote you, and they see a new side to Christina that they never thought of before. :D You articulate your feelings quite well, and it helps me defend Christina. So, anyway, thanks for everything you do...your work here is greatly appreciated by all!

As I write this my c.d. player is softly playing

I come to this board a lot and read what all the
fans have to say. Some of them come with rumours
praying for an answer to clear it up. Some of them
just want to say hi.
But whatever the case, you're always here to shine
through it all. Your warm personality brings people
to confide in you with their own matters.
It's almost like your all of our moms. Now, I may
not do much posting but I certainly see how truly
"blessed" we are to have you here.
What you have done for your daughter is SOOOO amazing!!
The head of her fan club... You spend your time
talkng to her fans when most of the music industry
moms don't get involved.
It's funny but I was at Walmart the other night and this
lady caught my attention. She looked just like you!
It made me want to go up to her and give her a hug!
I stood in line with my Valentines in one hand and some
lipgloss in the other just smiling to myself thinking about
this place. Everybody here is soooo sweet and you dont
ever get to talk to many people who are as gracious and loving as you are.
