"Blackout" or "Circus"?

"Circus" is a great album, really well put together.

But I think overall, "Blackout" is a more solid album. Pretty much almost every single song on there could have been a single, it was such a great album, so catchy, I must've listened to it 1000 times over and over by now.

What do you all think? :)

I prefer Circus 'cause there's more variety and the stand-out tracks are better than the ones on Blackout imo (Circus/Unusual You/If U Seek Amy/Mannequin). It's like classic Britney with a modern twist.

Blackout was ok for me. I liked about half the album.

I like Circus more. There are only 2 or 3 songs that I do not like.

I have attempted to like Circus but I have come to the realization that the majority of that album is just bad. It's a classic Britney album... 5 good songs and the rest are filler.

While (almost) every song on Blackout was great... I always thought it lacked something even though I adore it. Circus is more versatile, I agree... There are still songs I want to skip but the good ones are REALLY good... better than blackout. So, its kind of a tie for me. Blackout I listen more without skipping around but Circus brings so much more to the table and I constantly find myself getting into more songs one at a time.

Overall, Circus is the winner because it has something for every mood.. ya know? Sexy Blur and Lace and Leather... To fun 80s pop Shattered Glass and Amnesia... Dance tracks like Circus and Mannequin... In your face songs like If u seek Amy and Kill the lights... ballads... etc etc.. Its a little piece of everything that makes Britney and pop music.

Blackout was like a 2 year old trying to sing songs that a 25 year old would sing. Her voice sounded too squeeky, and "Why Should I Be Sad" basically outweighs any good songs on the album.

If I could only listen to one I'd pick Blackout and say it's better.

But Circus is cool for songs like If You Seek Amy and Shattered Glass. They're really different so it's hard to say one is better, Blackout is a better dance cd, Circus is a better cd in that it has more dimensions vs Blackout's 1, being robot voice dance tracks.

nah, "Love is..." is "State of Grace" . It was called "Love is..." on the demo CD.

"Love is a state of grace..." I think they just chose thee first lyrics as the title for some of those demo tracks.

I think CIRCUS is more well rounded but that doesnt mean its a better album, I realized!

I actually DL'ed some off BO and love the dance tracks. I really dont care for any song off CIRCUS...I Think people will be more into if they like pop but its still emotionless and "CLASSIC BRITNEY" but that never really worked for me.

I think BO was more edgy in its sound and DEF more dance worthy BUT listening thru the whole album yo know somehting is missing but its still fun!
