I kind of agree with this. But come on. The circus theme was Christina's. Half her album shoot and tour had a circusy vibe to it, and not to mention the Hurt video.

technically if Brit or anyone was going 'full fledged' with any certain theme... then each video as well as performances would have some little peek of that theme... and Womanizer was NO WHERE close to anything circus... and im pretty sure the 3rd single won't really be 'circusy' either...

My opinion... yes looking at Britney's 2 performances and part of the Circus video...I DO get that 'Deja Vu' feeling HOWEVER I don't think anyone can deny that the reasons for both using the Circus theme is COMPLETELY different, which is why I don't think it's a big deal.
