OK... nevermind. It's nice to see her starting to get comfortable with the stage again. She keeps getting better.

I thought it was a nice improvement from yesterday's performance. You can tell she's gaining confidence. I loved how she interacted with the audience.

Bambi performance was 5x better. Example, the techno breakdown where she pounds her arm in the air at the end, she didn't even try here, she was so out of it.
Whatever, sick of defending her. This is her ability now. Have fun trying to put on a tour, Brit, when you can barely make 1 performance interesting.

The Bambi performance was much better. It's not enough just to do the choreography. She's still missing that "oomph" that she used to have.
What "oomph" you ask? Well, THIS oomph:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytX2n4RIxQ4
(You can watch it HQ). The extremely confident, arrogant, cocky attitude she used to have when performing, the energy, the rhythm, the flow, all of that. She needs to get all of that back. She should watch this Slave performance of hers so she can see what she needs to improve on. I know some folks are getting impatient and annoyed, and I can understand, but personally, I'm willing to wait and give her time. Hopefully she'll get it back, and to me she seems to be on her way toward getting it back. I think she just needs to perform more.
Now imagine is Slave 4 U at the 2001 VMAs never happened, and instead it was her comeback performance at the 2008 VMAs or AMAs or some other award show. I would have DIED from amazement.
Ps. Did you see the way she spun off of that man's back at 00:33 in the Slave performance? She was SO elegant and graceful with it. That was awesome.

This was 7 years ago though, soo much has happened since then. She was performing none stop for years without taking a break, she is basically only starting again now.

I liked the performance but I think the dress was holding her back a bit. I saw one part where she had to life it up like it was falling down...lol...anyways. The colors look awesome on stage...its so bright and attractive. I think she did a good job and she looked like she was havin a good time :)
Also...the audience and camera work was so so much better here!

I like the part where she was strutting downstage playing with her dress. The crowd was great too. I preferred the Bambi one more though.

She needs more dancing, it's like she aint doing a **** most of the performance, she seemed more confidence than yesterday, and the lil bit of dancing she did at the beginning was good. She works better with heavy choreographies. This threatrical typo of performances don't work well.

I saw one part where she had to life it up like it was falling down...I don't think it was holding her back or was in her way. It looked like she was just playing with it to me. I mean it's not like the dress was exactly long.

sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I love her. Even if I'm officially back on the Xtina train, I still love her and I want her to come back so so so so so so so bad. But I just can't....there were bright spots with this and bambi. Then end of Bambi I saw that hint of Britney..I think in parts of this she looked like she was actually having fun. I just look at her and see a really, really, really sad girl who's trying her best to suck it up and play pretty and do what everybody wants. And that makes me sad.

JUST BECAUSE THE COREOGRAPHY SUCKS THAT DOESN`T MEAN THAT BRITNEY FAILED IN HER PERFORMANCE.
ANDRES SHOULD PREPARE A MORE EDGY AND RISKY DANCE ROUTINE,THIS ONE WAS TOO SAFE.
Sorry for the caps, but is not like Britney forgot how to dance,is just that the dance routine that was prepared for this performance is not for her standards.

she looks gorgeous! and i love the remix!!! its just sad that she doesnt "dance" its really weird. like she just does the moves in slow motion and like shes rehearsing. even when she put her leg up on the guy it was so like, WEIRD and lazy. i do believe that she will get better and better if her heart is really into this. someone said this type of dancing is the same as the VMA'S. the only difference is in her looks. i agree.
its weird that noones mentioning this circus theme being used already.

They arn't exuses, this isnt VMA 07, she was fine. What Im saying is that she danced as good as she couldve consiering her tricky costume, she was still great though. She was on point and looked alive. Like I said, ive seen her performances rehearsals and Circus clips and her dancing is fine.
I havn't been bothered to look at what people are saying about this, but I hope people arnt disappointed. Look how far shes come, im so proud of her.

Ok, I'm not a die hard fan of anyone (except for Pink) but I just like to make sense of things. Christina, yes, did this theme for part of her tour and a video from her last CD. Other people did circus themes for part of their tours as well before Christina. When Christina did it, it didn't become a signature style of hers that she is known for or even known beyond her fanbase for. Nor was she the first one to do it. So what's the big deal? People get inspired by the same things. She said when she heard that song, and I may not be wording this correctly, that she liked the whole vibe of that song and thought thats what she wanted her album to be about. Is she suppose to dump that idea because Christina and other artists have done it before? If anything as an artist, you make it your own.

Its amazing that the same people saying how theyre soooo over the 1999 rivalry are the same people coming here throwing the "she copied!" card. None of them were the first to do it- none of them will be the last. That argument is about as mature as the lady gaga crap.

Britney owns everything she does, even when she flops, nobody flops harder than her! She is just THAT good. ;) There's been plenty that've flopped harder than her though, especially considering she's only flopped once (VMA '07).
I've seen bits of her dancing in the Circus video and it's fine.Yeah, her dancing in Circus video is FIRE. Anyone who hasn't seen it go look up "Making of Circus" at youtube and watch it. It's the first result that pops up. You'll also see videos of her dancing at rehearsals and she's great.

I don't know. Christina didn't have a circus theme for her album, she had a circus theme for a video. And a circus is a circus is a circus. If Britney went "back to basics" and made older sounding songs, it would not be ok. The fact that she compares her life to a circus on her new album and thinks it's a cool enough idea to model a tour after isn't bad imo. If she decided that "what we're gonna do now is go back!" then I would call foul.

Guys...stopping over analyzing these performances too much, just be grateful that she's doing them, one year ago her entire career was in question and nobody could see her ever looking the way she used to and performing like she used to, now she seems to be on the road to recovering. She hasn't given a proper performance in 4 years, let's give her time to find her feet.
