Drive-By Mantra: Obama Received "Rock Star" Reception at the CIA

Cheaper to drive over to CIA HQ than to fly a jet onto the deck of an aircraft carrier, only to inaccurately say "mission accomplished."

And as for seeing the Constitutution as a constraint, if that was the case, it's better than blatantly ignoring it.
