DJ: Can I ask you another personal question?

DJ: Now, on your, on your 'Baby One More Time' CD, which debuted at like #1, there were 3 hooks after one of the songs ,at the end of it, by The Backstreet Boys.

DJ Did you wonder, cause we talked...well, everybody here at B96 we said on the air that if you pick up your new CD you get 3 hooks of a new Backstreet Boys CD ...
DJ2: And we played a special cut on the air for people to hear. Then they... we noticed, the very next week it was #1 sales in Chicago too.
DJ: We understand... were you a little pissed off that they did that?
Britney: Yea, extremely!
DJ: Why were you pissed off?
Britney: Well, I wasn't realy pissed off. I just heard that they thought that, they took it as they were helping me out. And that kinda hurt my feelings like, well they were like "well thats not right that we were on there!" when really I was just tryna help them out, ya know? But um...
DJ: Thats what I thought!
Britney: Who knows! .I mean, like its over and its done now theres nothing really done with it but I mean I was kinda upset that they said that. If were to have said anything, I could have cared less, but , I mean, 10 years down the road when somebody goes to pick up my CD they're gonna have The Backstreet Boys on it and by then who knows who "The Backstreet Boys" are gonna be too....

I don't like people who are sell-outs. They go back and forth. Thats kinda a- ed up. I know a quite few gentlemen who are like that..and girls.
