and head out to the theatre this friday for the re-release of The Excorcist - the version you've never seen before. Looks like they've added scenes that were left out of the original, and re-mastered the music.

That movie gave me nightmares for months after I saw it the first time...I think I'll skip it this time around. But then, you just can't get enough of Tubular Bells can you?

That movie still scares the stuffing out of me, but I have to see the new one. I saw on the previews a scene where she is walking down the stairs on her back with her arms over her head. Devil!

I'm making my peace with the Lord and standing in line for that one.

I can tolerate scary movies, Ellen can't. So... I guess I'll just stick with the pea soup and share that bowl with Ellen.

ISOJ, go see it, definitely.

Did anyone else have a problem going out during a full moon after seeing American Werewolf in London? I had the creeps for years after that one.

walking down that flight of stairs at Georgetown always scared the devil out of me. http://talk.livedaily.com/docs/eek.gif

But I plan on trying to see it. That scene down the stairs spiderwalking gave me the shivers too, ig.

Hey Nik. We should go see it then climb the Georgetown stairs. But we have to play with the Ouiji board first.

I have chicken skin just thinking about it.

This is off the subject, but anyone remember the name of that movie where Christopher Reeve goes back into the past to meet Jane Seymore and comes back into the future.

It takes a hell of a lot to scare me. Speaking of that, FEAR premieres tomorrow... mark your calendars!

I'm hoping I finally get legitamately scared by "real tv".

they used to show the Exorcit every year at Halloween at Georgetown, right after which we'd go to the graveyard to howl. Creepy I tell you. I still have bad images.

I'm dying (tee hee) to see "Urban Legends: Final Cut". I think it starts tomorrow.

Is the "Exorcist" movie only being released in certain parts? I don't see it listed anywhere near me yet.

Let's meet at the Ritz and take it from there.

We'll have melon martinis to toast the pea soup scene.
