Worst case of Emotari Thrall I've ever experienced. I can't even tell you what happened or who did what except that they did LTL first and the SMTMOBL. Oh wait, first time I've ever heard Kevin improvise on his part. They are the most amazing lizards! When I came to myself it was the commercial. This is gonna be hard. Kevin while he was speaking probably was the most beautimous I've seen him. You could hardly pay attention to what he was saying. He was just....................

It was so much better than just showing the conert. I loved the interviews & breakaway parts. I just wished that they showed it at a later time. Because, They would cut away all the pelvic trust & Booty shaking going on their. & Thats only because of the younger audience. But, this show rocked. Too bad it couldn't be a two hour special. But, I loved GAB & The call. & Like all of you here. I was pissed that they kept going to the audience during the dance numbers. There was some sexy dancing going on their during those two numbers. I also, loved the bed shot. I am SOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. I can't even describe the feeling. & Even better is that I have it on TAPE:D:D:D. I just love nick's wildness when he is performing. Okay once again when you think you are almost out of the Thrall that is the BSB, and you're haveing doubts.
They have these freakin great performances and pull you back in again.

It started off slow. And it built momentum throught the show.

Can I just say now that AJ has the most AMAZING voice in the universe. AHHH all those adlibs just tore at me. He was takin me to church. You name it he did it. AHHHHH

GET ANOTHER BOYFRIEND ahhh loved it adlib GOOD GOD.

Even Howies extra harmonies were awesome.

Im am still sitting here speechless. My emotions have certainly went from one end of the spectrum to another. I laughed, cried, awwwed, and felt their fear in Rio. Whatta ride! I'm so glad I taped this......lots of future viewing of this one! The part about the fans being "taken away" by their music was perfect. What was that AJ said about the kitchen with bacon and eggs? Did anybody else catch that? The pelvic thrust were great, but I think my favorite was Nick counting on his fingers during "the call" that was priceless! I also decided I wasnt going to wait till July to see them in Detroit. Screw the hubby Im seeing them in Ohio in June and August too!! Its definitely worth it. All hail the JB (and I saw Thor too)! I was trying really hard to look at the concert as someone who has never seen the boys in concert. How would they react to it. Like the first time I saw The Homecoming PPV concert I didnt know what to expect. I didn't know they were amazing singers acapella and that Brian was such a cutie patootie, and that Howie would wink so much, and that Nick has a bootylicious behind or that AJ is a raving lunatic and would freak the floor.

And now all the things they do are so farmiliar and endearing. And I am not surprised that they kicked butt and were amazing singers. Soo I dont know what I am trying to say. Maybe what do you think new fans will see and like maybe its all the stuff we're mentioning in the thread.

Thanks Garnet. I did get to see BSB in St. Pete, Fl for their last tour. Even snuck onto the floor and got about 10 rows from the stage (standing on a chair!). I have pics of AJ waving to me (or in my general direction), heehee.

Karina, it was at the end of Everybody, so you should have it on tape. Just pay attention to AJ at the end (like you could take your eyes off him anyways!) You really should go to that concert. If you need special seating or arrangements, I would contact the venue. They should be able to accomodations for you. If not, I would contact SFX, The Firm and the Boys to see what they can do for you. This is a show you shouldnt miss!

I'm here, it's just that it got to be so too much that I can't feel. That happens occasionally with the Boys. Ruined my first concert. I don't know if it happens to anyone else but I just get soo over the top, my emotions just refuse to play any more and go south on me.

For whoever wanted to know about the bed. There was one bed on the plane and they had a 100 hour trip. They had started out saying they would sleep in shifts but somebody couldn't take it any more and just crawled in the middle of everybody and zonked out and so it was just wherever you fell after that.

They are amazing guys with amazing talent. It is just an offense against the universe that Nick was not picked originally. It blows the mind how the universe would have tilted had he been in the Mickey Mouse Club instead. This is so clearly what he was meant to do. The others too and that is despite Brian's seeming reluctance sometimes.

Y'all let H-Dawg be. That's what the music in him does. He's having a good time and so are my hormones.

Can you imagine the pandemonium and broken furniture if Kevin, Brian and Howie took to wholesale bumping and grinding too? They wouldn't be safe behind an army of bodyguards. Or suppose the music got to them so much they went QPG nakey? I imagine it would rival some of those soccer brawls you hear about. Probably with Brian's little grandma perver trying to get to him first fists flying.

I hadn't seen AJ do that little spinning top head bangin' dance thing in a while. Love that man and baby, he was indeed ON tonite.

I'm not the biggest BSB fan, But I must say I enjoyed their special. Especially "everybody" The band was rocking. I loved that catwalk ramp. They were giving their all, you could tell by the strain in their voices. Good Job BSB!!!!!!!

Okay, I'm royally pissed!
I had to go out tonight so I got my hubby to tape the CBS Special. Well, wouldn't you know it, the VCR decides to cut out right in the middle! My hubby said he frantically tried to get it working, but no luck. So, all I have is the first 15 mins or so on tape and the last 10 mins that I watched directly from the TV when I came home.

Wow this is a long thread! I dont have time to read the first 15 pages but I will try to read some when I get home from school. Anywayz I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the show last night. It was amazing. It brought back so many memories from when I saw then in feb. I started crying when they showed them on the little stage b/c I remembered how close I was to them at the concert. These guys are awesome, they make me so happy. When I sit there and watch them perform and hear their beautiful voices, all my problems go away. I dont care what people say about them anymore. I KNOW for a fact they are 5 wonderful talented guys. :D

I've put up with worse: Nick's hat from the SMTMOBL vid and it's clones which I loathe with every fiber of my being and I even hesitate to mention Kevin's Homecoming NBY moves. Thank God for the passage of time. But those and other quirky, dorky things are just part of their BSBness and make them all the more endearing.

And like someone at some time has said before whether you love 'em or hate 'em, undeniably those Boys can put on a SHOW! Continue to wreak havoc on the planet, my babies!

Thanks for the concern, guys, lol. I checked back in on page 12 after trying to get a handle on those Boys. You know what I mean. And I'm thinking. I mean I have concert tickets (assuming I can pick them up at will call) and I'm going but for me it almost what's the point? They're just going to stupefy me.

That special was the closest thing I'll get to see BSB on this tour and of course it doesn't compare to a real show.. but that was pretty damn exciting for me!! :) I was on my feet the entire show! *lol* When they sang MTT I just lost it and broke into tears... then proceeding to beg on my knees to my mom and convince her to take me to one of the shows this summer. This just is not fair.. I NEED to see this tour.

Did anyone else just GO NUTS when they started "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" Holy freakin' lord.. I don't know why, but that one REALLY got to me last night. AJ started screaming the words and I just went through the roof *lol* It reminded me of the first time I ever saw them live.. oh my lord. That special was the best!!

It seemed like EVERYBODY asked me today at school if I had seen the special... which means that a lot of people that aren't even fans watched it. I even had people watching it 'cause they wanted to know what I would be talking about the next day... ('cause I tend to ramble on about it to everyone I see). isn't that funny? anyway.. a lot of them thought it was really good!! I heard a lot of "they really surprised me"'s and "much better than nsync" comments. :)

Okay.. now I gotta go watch it for the 40th time!! lol!

During TC, did you see the female dancer that danced with Kevin? That's the beotch that I met at the bar. She was drunk off her as* and she had the balls to have us escorted out of the fricken hotel!! She's lucky security was around cuz I wanted to kick her as*!!!

I just watched the concert with my mom. She loved it and she seems REALLY excited for our concert on August 13. :D
