Yes, our church teaches us to mock our neighbors. After the course we all have pizza at Chucky Cheese.... And then we mock Chucky.

Chuck-e-cheese is terrible pizza. Ci-Ci's is the place to go for pizza, and Little Caesar's is really good too.

I do not claim that religions try to exert control over others. Religions don't act. Followers of religions try to exert control over others. This is common in many religions, especially as I have said, among Fundamentalists who tend to be more dogmatic and make claims on Truth. My claim is that this claim upon God as it were is how fundamentalists attempt to exercise control over others. To me, it appears especially hypocritical as I view them as not letting God speak, but claiming to speak for God.

Of course, many "people" have attempted to exert control over others. They often justify this attempt by appeal to ideology. I do believe there are tendencies in certain ideologies that are more inclined to this than others.
I agree!

Ci Cis, Chuck E Cheese and Little Caesars all suck compared to homemade pizzerias.

Yeah..that's true. We used to have a Goombah's pizza close by here, that was pretty good. I t turns out the owner was in the witness protection program and was fingered by the media as such when he attempted to seduce an underage employee and beat a man with a gun for bringing back a calzone or something. I wonder what happened to that guy?

Good grief! How stupid do you have to be to go getting publicity, especially THAT kind of publicity, when you're in the witness protection program?

As for pizza quality, we have at least 2 REALLY good pizzarias in our town. The one that probably tastes better tends to burn the crust too often, so we stopped going there. I never told them why. I guess I should have. But the other one is also great.

Too bad I'm on a diet, and you are all making me hungry.

Almost anything homemade is better to me.

I tried a diet once and didn't like it. When I was in high school I tried that shake to replace lunch. Contrary to advertising it does not fill you up. I figure I'm going to die one day whether I'm thin or fat.

Actually, this diet isn't really a diet, it's more of a lifestyle change. I'm eating foods that are better for me, like whole grains instead of white flour and sugar, and my body hasn't been rebelling. lol! I'm not ever really hungry, and I haven't hit a "plateau" like I usually do after just a couple of weeks. I'm feeling so much better than I did just a month or two ago.

Any diet during the HOLIDAYS would be a total FAIL for me

Traditionally, all diets are suspended between Nov. 25 and Dec. 26.

Dude, Pinky. You can still have pizza. Whenever I make it I use raw honey instead of sugar and use ww flour instead of white. Not only is it "good" for you, it's WAY more delicious. Especially if you use only veggie toppings (plus cheese of course - but even that you can use goat cheese and it's AMAZING).

Of course, goddess! However, if I want to actually cook, I'll prepare a whole dinner. Pizza night is my night off!
