Fitness Today!

Well guess what...

I started the gym today..I hope I can stick with this one...cause everytime I've stared something about losing weight..I felled back into my old habits..

I saw this ad in the newspaper last night...Fitness Today is needed 30 overweight people to join them...Only a one time fee of 5.00 join's ya for 1 MONTH! So I called them last night..talked to Alex...and he set an appt for me today..so from 12pm-1pm I was at the gym..He tooked all my measurements and all..blah!!!

I didn't need to know that..lol..

He kept checking on me..I worked out for 30 mins..he said I did great...after 30 days..he is going to check everything about me again..and see how the lost and everything went within those 30days...after 30 days is up..I just pay 25.00 down..and for 2 years pay 25.00 a month..and I can use the gym anytime..Pray for me guys..I wanna get allll my weight off..

PLus Alex is cute...kinda looks like Paul Walker..lol

hey great carolyn, I need to, I'm in colorguard and we have to stay fit cause we are the best in Dallas and we get to go to state and perform and we get to perform with stars like Destiny's Child and Toby Keith

hey carolyn and everyone,

ok heres an idea that I though of and it helps me. Ok I'm sure if anyone had the chance to become a singer or actor they would. so i pretend that I'm going to be a singer one day and I'm working toward that day! I know that I am beautiful inside and thats what really matters in the industry too but i know I want to be the best of the best (HAVE CONFIDENCE, B/C CAROLYN, EVERYONE LOVES YOU, YOUR AWSOME) so I want my body t be like Angelina Jolie's (she awsome) and if she can do then I can too!!!

So everytime I think about this I want to eat healthy and I want to walk around my block! I'm serious, it works for anyone who is trying to get in better shape! Just make it REAL in your mind! YOU HAVE TO actually make it a real goal, not a fake one! And maybe you want to be a model or someone who get on tv or in magazine! Anything can work! Just make it a real goal!!! Not a fake one, you have to bring out your dreams!
