darkhorse is on a distinguished road
Nashville Rockline

On Tuesday, March 28th, I had the privilege of attending as Billy Falcon and the Falcones debuted songs from the new record, Made Man at the Belcourt Theatre in Nashville.
Despite glitches with the sound system, Billy and the band , which included Michael Spears and Brian Hall from Mayday Ground,
smoked the theatre with a rocking set of kick-ass new songs.

They opened with one of my favorites, Hard Day for Mr. Smith, followed by Don't Even Think About It, and by the time they launched into Sugar, it was clear the man was back and up to the challenge!

The band was then joined by Rose Falcon, for terrific new song, Melt Away which, with the addition of backing vocals by April Sandridge, took on a real bluesy feel.

The band then launched into Brick From a Bridge, a rockin’ Made Man and closed the all too short set with Better Than A Girl.
Having heard the band and the new songs, all I can say is the new CD should be eagerly anticipated by any true Falcoholic.

Wishing I was “Still in Nashville”
Marty T.
